Terms of Service

“Services” means all products, platforms, consulting, and technical services provided by Fac Bellum Industries, including but not limited to:

• OSINT Portal and intelligence analysis platforms
• AI-enabled wargaming and simulation tools
• Cyber-intelligence and threat modeling services
• Prototype-as-a-Service development
• Consulting and advisory services

“User” means any individual or organization accessing or using our Services.

“Content” means all data, information, analysis, reports, and materials provided through our Services.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use Services for any illegal, harmful, or malicious activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Share access credentials or circumvent security measures
• Use Services to develop competing products or services
• Violate any applicable export control or sanctions regulations

Our Services are designed for unclassified use unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Do not input classified, controlled, or sensitive information without prior written authorization
• Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their organization's security policies
• We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security
• Report any suspected security incidents immediately to ops@facbellumindustries.us

All intellectual property rights in our Services remain with Fac Bellum Industries or our licensors:

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use Services as intended
• You retain ownership of data you input, subject to our processing rights
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our Services
• Custom developments may be subject to separate licensing agreements

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access:

• Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates
• We provide support during standard business hours unless otherwise agreed
• Emergency support may be available for critical government or defense clients
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services with reasonable notice

Payment terms vary by service type and client agreement:

• Consulting services typically billed on project completion or milestones
• Platform access may be subscription-based or usage-based
• Government clients may be subject to specific procurement requirements
• Late payments may result in service suspension

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for Services in the preceding 12 months
• Users are responsible for their own decision-making based on our analysis

Our Services are subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations:

• Users must comply with all applicable export control requirements
• Services may not be available to certain countries or entities
• We reserve the right to restrict access based on compliance requirements
• Users are responsible for obtaining necessary export licenses

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• With 30 days written notice for convenience
• Immediately for material breach or security violations
• Upon termination, access to Services will be discontinued
• Certain provisions will survive termination as necessary

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States:

• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration when possible
• Federal courts have jurisdiction for matters requiring judicial resolution
• Government clients may be subject to specific dispute resolution procedures
